1. UK Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Data

4. Postcode Geography Data
Dataset: ONS Postcode Directory (ONSPD) Postcode Centroids
Publisher: Office for National Statistics
Licence: Open Government Licence v3.0 (OGL)
Provides postcode geographies and centroid coordinates. This dataset is distinct from Royal Mail’s Postcode Address File (PAF) and does not contain full address data.

5. Additional Public Sector Datasets
Xenscope may integrate additional datasets from UK government departments, local authorities, or public bodies where such data is made available under open licences (including the Open Government Licence v3.0 or equivalent).
Where required, attribution will follow the applicable source licence terms.
Use of Public Data Within Xenscope
Public Data Sources are:
- Aggregated, structured, and analysed within the Xenscope platform
- Combined with proprietary models and Derived Scores such as ACI and FPRI
- Provided subject to the original source licence terms
Users of Xenscope are responsible for complying with applicable attribution and reuse conditions when exporting or redistributing data outside the Platform.
